Best Treatment Option - Breast cancer diet – According to research, about 15% to 35% of cancers can be prevented by changing our dietary. So, people with breast cancer must control what their eat everyday.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), people with breast cancer must avoid eating:
Too much raw vegetables.

Cold or iced foods and beverages.

Fresh mushroom. Researchers found that people who eat fresh mushrooms everyday had 64% lower risk of getting breast cancer. However, dried mushroom also can reduce the breast cancer risk, but it is not as effective as fresh ones.
